Lewis began his career at the end of his time in the Air Force by working at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. He began doing loop stitch method that he was taught and then moved into solid clear boro because there was no or little color in the early 1970s. Now he is making very detailed sculptures.

The work here is the newest work that does not fall into any one category. I am using the "stay at home" period to work on very specific sculptures that I have not produced before.
